Divisions and Fees

  • Rookie:   Ages 5-6, $300 per player
  • Pee Wee: Ages 7-8, $300 per player
  • Bantam: Ages 9-10, $300 per player
  • Midget:  Ages 11-12, $300 per player
  • Liberty:  Ages 13-14, $300 per player
  • Senior:   Ages 15-19, $300 per player


Age is based on date of player as of May 1, 2020.

All baseball divisions are open to boys and girls. 
 

2020 Season Details

The HPBA regular season officially begins on April 27 (some teams will play earlier that week) and HPC Tournaments will all end by August 1.

  • Rookie:    10-12 regular season games & Hamlin Park Classic Tournament
  • Pee Wee:  13 regular season games & Hamlin Park Classic Tournament
  • Bantam:  16-18 regular season games & Hamlin Park Classic Tournament
  • Midget:    16-18 regular season games & Hamlin Park Classic Tournament
  • Liberty:   16-18 regular season games & Championship Tournament at Hamlin Park
  • Senior:    16-18 regular season games & Championship Tournament at Hamlin Park


Every attempt will be made to play all games. However, the HPBA reserves the right to play as many games as possible which may be fewer than the number of games listed here.

1st - 3rd place finishers will receive trophies at the end of the regular season.  Additionally, every team in each division competes in the season-ending, 
Hamlin Park Classic Tournament.
 

Game Length and Pitching

  • Rookie:    4 Inning games 1st half of season is T-Ball, no Coach pitch; 2nd half of season is T-ball 2 innings & Coach Pitch 2 innings
  • Pee Wee:  6 Innings, Coach Pitch for 3 innings and player pitch for 3 innings - ALL GAMES
  • Bantam:   6 Innings, all player pitch - ALL GAMES
  • Midget:    6 Innings, all player pitch - ALL GAMES
  • Liberty:    6 Innings, all player pitch - ALL GAMES
  • Senior:     7 Innings, all player pitch - ALL GAMES
